Smokin’ JAW’s BBQ<\/strong><\/em>!\u00a0is owned and operated by the Motte Family of Baytown, Texas — We offer a full service catering operation specializing in catering private events, whether you are having a\u00a0carry- out event to show your employees your appreciation or\u00a0on-site dine-in lunches.<\/p>\n

Smokin’ J.A.W.’s\u00a0BBQ<\/strong><\/em>! was originally Aim High BBQ, but we decided to change the name recently to Smokin’ J.A.W’s\u00a0 as expanded and purchased our food concession trailer in 2013.\u00a0 We still serve great Texas Style BBQ, but with a different name.\u00a0\u00a0We want to leave a legacy behind for our children, thus birthed the name Smokin’ (Because that what we do) and J.A.W for Joshua and Wendi (our children).<\/p>\n
