History of Smokin’ JAWS BBQ!
Smokin’ JAW’s BBQ! is owned and operated by the Motte Family of Baytown, Texas — We offer a full service catering operation specializing in catering private events, whether you are having a carry- out event to show your employees your appreciation or on-site dine-in lunches.
Smokin’ J.A.W.’s BBQ! was originally Aim High BBQ, but we decided to change the name recently to Smokin’ J.A.W’s as expanded and purchased our food concession trailer in 2013. We still serve great Texas Style BBQ, but with a different name. We want to leave a legacy behind for our children, thus birthed the name Smokin’ (Because that what we do) and J.A.W for Joshua and Wendi (our children).
